• I have identified myself truthfully as the student enrolled to complete the course
• The work submitted during the course was my own work
• I have received no assistance from anyone else (other than a Maritime Career Training Instructor) in the completion of the progressive assessments and the final assessment.

 

I am aware and agree that Maritime Career Training must be satisfied of the accuracy of the above declarations, otherwise I will not be issued a Course Completion Certificate and I will not receive a refund of the course fees.
