Online Learning

FOR A TROUBLE FREE EXPERIENCE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES – 

• Do not use a smartphone or tablet for online learning;
• Use a Windows or Macintosh computer with the latest version of the Google Chrome Browser;
• Only attempt online learning with a good, fast and reliable internet connection;
• Select “Take a Break” (not “Finish Course”) to have a break and come back later. Wait for the system to respond “You can close the Browser now” before closing the page;
• For each module of each course, select “Finish Module” and follow the prompts to submit your results;
• To print out your Invoice/receipt, login, place the cursor over “My Account”, ignore the drop down selection “Login” and double left click the mouse. Select “Invoice”;
• Read all the on screen instructions carefully;
• Finish all the online learning by the Friday at 5pm before the course starts to provide us time to check your progress.
