- Personal Survival Techniques (PST) – delivered online plus 5 hours in the classroom and
- Security Awareness Training (SAT) – delivered entirely online.
PST is delivered online plus 5 hours of classroom review & pool practical.
First Aid is delivered online plus 1 day in the classroom for a brief theory review and mostly practical training and assessment for the rest of the day.
