Course Dates

Courses are run weekly on Tuesday and Wednesday, once your register an account you can see all available dates.

To view our available course dates you will need to register an account and then select the course you want in Blue Bold Writing in the Login/Enrol Tab. Available course dates will then be shown.

Enrolling Instructions

Please follow these instructions to create an account with us. If you already have an account with us but cannot remember your log in credentials, please contact Maria on 0438 303 714. Once you create an account, the available course dates are offered for you when you select the course you require in the bold blue writing.

1. Select the Login/Enrol tab

2. Select register in the bottom left hand corner in blue bold underlined writing.

3. Enter your credentials

4. Once this is complete you will need to verify your email (please check your junk/spam inbox)

5. You will now need to log back in again by selecting Login/Enrol tab.

6. Select the course you require and the available dates will now be displayed.

7. Select the date you require then you will be prompted to make payment by credit card (please allow the website time to accept your payment for a few moments)

8. You will now be redirected to your ‘My Account’ page where your online learning will be available to you. scroll down to find and begin your modules.

All theory online and Final Assessments must be completed by 5pm on the Friday before your face to face attendance.

Certificate of Safety Training (CoST)

Full CoST Course $2,395

This involves 40 hours of online learning and assessment plus face to face attendance on two consecutive days, usually on Tuesday and Wednesday. Courses are held every week.

1 Day CoST Refresher Course $1,050

Candidates must already hold a Certificate of Safety Training issued by AMSA, have completed the SAT & meet AMSA’s sea service requirements. This involves 6 hours of online learning which must be completed by 5pm on the Friday before attending one day of face to face training starting at 7.30am usually on a Wednesday. Courses are held every week.

2 Day CoST Revalidation Course $1,895

This course should be attended by those seeking to revalidate their Certificate of Safety Training who do not meet AMSA’s sea service requirements. It includes all of the PST and Fire courses. About 16 hours of online learning for Fire and PST must be completed by 5pm on the Friday before the 2 days of face to face training held on two consecutive days, usually a Tuesday and Wednesday. If you have not already completed Security Awareness training then we offer that online for an additional $330. Courses are held every week.

To view all course dates, create an account, login, choose Enrol, select the course and then the available dates are automatically calculated and appear. If a course date is offered then there is at least one place available.

Advanced Refresher Training

CoC Refresher $1,850

for Masters, Deck and Engineer Officers including Chief Integrated Ratings who meet AMSA’s Sea Time requirements

This involves 2 hours of online learning plus two days of face to face attendance, usually on a Wednesday and Thursday. Courses are held every six weeks and the cost is $1.850 To see the available dates please Register and then Login and select Enrol. All the dates with at least one place available will be listed.

CoP Refresher $1,550

for Ratings excluding Chief Integrated Ratings who meet AMSA’s Sea Time requirements

This involves about 2 hours of online learning plus face to face attendance on the first day from 7.30am to 4.30pm usually on a Wednesday and from 8.30am to 10.30am on the second day, usually Thursday. Courses are held every six weeks and the cost is $1,550
