2 Day Revalidation Course
If you hold an existing Certificate of Safety Training (CoST) but do not meet AMSA’s sea service requirements enabling you to complete the one day refresher course, you can complete this short course of two days in the classroom plus about 12 hours of online study and Final Assessments in order to gain revalidation of your existing CoST for five more years.
The Two Day Revalidation Course includes the full Personal Survival Techniques course and the full Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting course. Please note that if you do not already hold a Security Awareness Training (SAT) endorsement then this must also be completed online at an extra cost of $280. The cost of the two day Revalidation Course is only $1,700.
